Direct debit due 2 days ago and had still not came out yet what’s happening

In the UK, direct debits aren’t collected at weekends nor bank holidays, @Skzo. 

Have you contacted the iD support team at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat?

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (the iD chatbot works 24/7).
