Hi Alessia, can you try these following solutions

  • Enable Roaming on Your Phone:

    • iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Data Roaming.
    • Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Data Roaming.
  • Enable Roaming via iD Mobile:

    • App: Log in, go to Settings or Account Settings, and look for "Roaming" or "Manage Extras."
    • Online: Log in to the iD Mobile website, go to My Services or Manage My Account, and enable roaming.
  • Manual Network Selection: Go to your phone's Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Operators, and select a network manually.

I hope this will work for you and if still facing same issue then you should generate ticke on support portal……

Hi @Alessia Borys

Sorry to hear this, have you tried the above from @raabsfrank?

Have you tried resetting network settings since roaming?

Where are you roaming?
