My delivery was due on the 28th december and DPD/ID Mobile chat are not helping

After ordering my device and contract plan I was charged £99 and told delivery would be the 28th december via DPD. It did not arrive that day and every day since the dpd app has stated delivery would be the following day due to “issues in my area”. Mon 9th Jan I was charged my monthly contract fee via direct debit by IDmobile. Since mon 9th Jan my parcel has not been scanned by DPD stoke depot. I have contacted them via phonecall to enquire as to the status of my parcel to no avail. IDmobile chat have emailed DPD using an incorrect tracking number which has halted parcel investigation leaving all parties none the wiser. DPD have given me the case number to speak to IDmobile about and yet when using livechat to try and resolve the matter their account systems are coincidentally not functional. Please advise.

We’ve tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you’ve submitted, please check that you have provided the correct details and try again does anyone know how to resolve other than the app which is just “processing” and getting nowhere!not a good start, phone will be going back at this rate

I have no I'd mobile number

I've received my SIM. I'm trying to switch using my pac from my current provider to ID however in order to do that I need my new mobile number. I've seen two directions so far. It should be in your welcome email. It's not. You can pop in your new SIM to your phone and call someone. I can't. As my phone is still locked by my current provider. No one is available to speak with. A automated chat service who sends you round in circles. An automated telephone line. And nothing can help. What next?

Samsung A10s not connecting to ID network

Having recently changed to ID because the 3 network is supposed to offer the best signal here, I now find that even though I can manually select ID (automatic connection doesn’t work) and it will say ‘registered on network’, when I then try to make a call it says ‘no network connection’. I am not technical or phone savvy - I just want a phone that works. I have activated Wifi calling for in the house, but even that doesn’t seem to work! Help please!

Network Coverage in Chile

I'm unable to change my SIM from "disabled" while in Chile, meaning I can't receive an OTP token to login to my banking.After reviewing coverage online it looked like should be able to send and receive SMS from here with a charge, which is fine. However, this doesn't seem to be the case? How can I receive a SMS, or can I have SMS sent to my ID mobile number forwarded to my temporary travel SIM (which is Chilean)?Any advice would be greatly appreciated,Thanks Pete

Been over charged for latest monthly bill, a mysterious £4.88 has been added to my bill, please could you explain what this is for? I have never gone over my current plan, unlimited min & texts and never use all my data...

Currys PC World Gift Card Not Working

My Currys PC World Gift Card is not working, I get an error saying "Invalid Card Status" on the Currys website. Live Chat support was not helpful at all, and told me to go to Currys support, and Currys support told me to go iD mobile support. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Help with PAC

I got a new contract with ID mobile. My previous contract was ID mobile. To port the number over, I got a Vodafone SIM card. I used the PAC and moved the number to Vodafone. I have a PAC from Vodafone to move my number over to the new ID mobile contract but the online system won't let me.

switching SIM only to payg

I've seen a couple of people asking about switching (downgrading) their rolling monthly SIM plans to PAYG and being told that this wasn't possible whilst staying with ID. Both of these posts were from more than 2 years ago so I'm just wanting to see if this is still the case, as it seems ridiculous to me that a company wouldn't want to keep customers, even if they are a little less profitable. Especially as ID do have a PAYG product. Thanks, Erik.

Getting an invoice - why so difficult?

I upgraded recently and chose an S22 Ultra based on the very generous Samsung cashback offer ('20 Days of Christmas'). Sales staff were lovely and said if I didn't get a receipt chase it up with CS. After 2 hours trying to get help from CS live chat, who kept claiming you can print a receipt from the app (you can't), I finally found a helpful CS agent who said one should come at a certain date. I also emailed the docs department to try to get it sooner. Why isn't an invoice provided with the purchase? Can you rely on an invoice arriving in due course?

all incoming calls are unknown - fairphone 3+

About a month ago all my incoming calls through the normal phone line are coming through as unknown. Why is this? I think it has happened before and sorted itself out, but it has been going on a whole now

i have lost my phone insurance asking Proof of Usage (mobiles / SIM devices only)

I have lost phone few days ago and i now my insurance asking me. following evidence.proof of blacklisting mobile sim devices only, written confirmation.since ID does not have someone to talk on a phone, i have blocked the sim online and also reported automated service.Proof of usage mobile sim devices only, proof of usage include device make, model and IMEI Numberand the first and last date device used.can someone help me please?

Haven't received £100 currys voucher, told to speak with currys who then told me to ask ID Mobile...

I purchased a google pixel 7 on 22nd november as part of the black friday promotion, but haven’t received my £100 gift voucher. I spoke to an assistant online who told me to speak with currys as they issue the vouchers. I contacted currys and they told me to speak with ID Mobile….I was hoping to use this voucher for people’s christmas gifts, but I can’t see it coming in time, if at all!

Non receipt of one time codes for a vulnerable customer

I am no longer receiving one time codes when shopping online.  My building society have advised I need to speak with my telephone network provider, as the issue is showing that my telephone number isn’t registered with you, causing a network problem. As a result, you have received reports stating an ‘unknown subscriber’.  They have also advised:  For clarity, we’ve sent the appropriate data to your phone network, and if this was successful, they’d provide a delivery receipt to us, to confirm they’ve received this and sent the appropriate message to you. Your network provider has sent us a confirmation of a ‘no network assignment’ for your mobile number. I have been dealing with Lauren via your Facebook page this week but the matter is still not resolved. Yesterday evening I was asked to duplicate the issues I have been experiencing and was asked 'Would you be able to request an OTP text, and then let us know the date and time that the request was sent? Porting in form issue

Hi there,I am struggling with the form to transfer my existing number from 3 to my new account. I have filled it in correctly, as far as I can tell, but it’s not proceeding. It comes up with the following message “ We’ve tried to process your PAC but there is an issue with the information you’ve submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again”. I have tried three times and checked all the information is correct.

Pixel 7 Additional £100 Trade In Value

I completed my upgrade to a pixel 7 and traded in my phone within the dates on the terms and conditions and have also received the trade-in value for the phone which appeared in my bank account on he 21st Nov.However, i still have not received the additional £100 that was part of the promotion.
