Unable to update address

I am wanting to upgrade my mobile, however the details held on me are out of date. I have followed the directions to change the information, but the system is not completing the action. Any suggestions as to what else I can try. Cheers. Annette

I receive emails from ID Mobile and I do not have (and have never had) an account

I regularly receive emails from ID Mobile, addressing someone named “Lauren” as the account owner. I get notifications that my bill is ready, as well as advertisements.I am in the US and do not have and have NEVER had an ID Mobile account. This has been going on since February 2022 and I’ve just ignored it up to this point. But now I’m getting annoyed that I keep getting the emails.The emails appear to be “legit” from ID Mobile. They come from no-reply@email.idmobile.co.uk and are not spoofed in any way.I have no way to login to the account (since I never created it). I don’t know the phone number (since it’s not mine), and don’t know my birthdate (since it’s not me) to reset the password on the account.There is absolutely NO WAY to contact anyone from ID Mobile via email or web site, other than this forum.If there is an admin or moderator who can contact me via direct message here so I  can try to resolve this problem, that would be great.Thank you.

No way to recieve security code during account registration

Hi all,  I bought an Id mobile sim only. As soon as I received this I got a pac code from my old provide and ported my number across to Id. I can use the mobile phone fine to make and recieve calls and texts, all is fine. The issue I have is that I can't register for a id mobile account online via the Web or the android app.  If I put in my mobile number which I ported from my old provider the Id website says the number is not recognised. If I put in the original number id mobile gave to me it is accepted but there is no way I can received the security test message from them because I ported the number. Any ideas how to register? I tried the online chat and it says its too busy and I should try later. I keep trying this support chat but can't ever get through.  Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

Will ID Mobile allow me to use the Internet whilst also on a call

My current provider, which is giffgaff, won’t allow me to use the Internet at the same time as on a call, if I’m at home then yes I can use Wi-Fi but if I’m away from home no it won’t allow me to use 4G

faulty charger

I upgraded my phone September 2022 and my charging block has recently stopped working. I have been trying to contact iD with no success. I am trying to find out about warranty etc. Can I get a replacement charger with it being a recent upgrade and no personal fault/damage or do I need to buy a new one?

use in the EU

I’ve been to Spain for two weeks and when there had the roam like home text. I am being charged for out of plan charges £24.99 which shows as rest of the world roaming. I thought Spain was in the EU? It’s shown as band 1 on the roaming chart.My daughter is on I’d mobile and went to the same places as me during that time and hasn’t been additionally charged. I’d like my money back

NETWORK ISSUES BIRMINGHAM

The worst network company I’ve come across ever , what kind of company does not have a customer service call line, if I have no internet how do I get help and updates and how do I get compensated for this because they clearly only speak to you if you want to buy something can’t help you if want a refund or cancel your contract

cannot get PAC code to work

I have my new phone from ID mobile - have inserted new SIM but cannot get PAC code details to work to transfer my old number. I have tried putting surname all in capitals and double checked the transaction number etc. all details correct but still says can’t process and invalid information. Cannot get through for the last 24 hours to anyone in live chat. Can someone please help me to resolve this very annoying issue?

How long does it take for a new SIM card to arrive??

Hi, I’m a new customer to ID mobile and I ordered my SIM card last Wednesday (5th April) …. the postman has been today and still no SIM card.I  can’t register on the app, because I need the code that was sent to my mobile number, which I don’t have.I appreciate that last weekend had 2 non-working days (Good Friday and Easter Monday) but surely it should have arrived by now??My direct debit has already been set up …. I’m wondering if I’ll still be expected to pay on the due date for something I haven’t yet received??How much longer should I wait before the delivery is deemed to be  “lost in transit”??Any advice please as to what I should do next??Thanks  :)

PAC not working, can't get through on live chat

Hi, when I complete the PAC form, it says incorrect data.  It might that it will switch but I need to check as I must keep my old number.  Live chat keeps saying agents are busy.  How do I contact someone to check the PAC issue?  If I can't resolve, I will stay with my old network

Problem with mobile data refresh

I ran out of mobile data in March 2023 and so I switched to WIFI only and for good measure turned off mobile data on my phone. I get 2GB mobile data as part of my monthly package.The new billing period started yesterday 7 April and I logged into my account to discover that I have allegedly used 1020.36 GB in less that 24 hours despite my mobile data is still SWITCHED OFF.I used the only chat but the agent was not help. He/she kept telling me how much data I had left and not addressing the issue.ID Mobile is only as good as the service they provide when things go wrong and right now I am not having much confidence in them and at this stage I am more than happy to switch to another provider who have knowledgeable live human beings on duty that I can speak with when I have a problem and who are empowered to investigate and provide a solution.Can I get some assistance please?
