TXT message still the Id Number

Hi my number for txting is still ID number and not my one from ee so causing problems for work. 👍

Pixel 7 camera glass issue - Google say my phone was blight in Italy?!

 (Typo on title should say Bought' . No option to correct it) Like hundred of other Google pixel owners I found my camera glass randomly shattered after 3 months of owning it. They said they would investigate it, but when trying to raise the case, said they could not as my phone was purchased in Italy. In a separate thread, I see another ID customer's warranty was rejected because ID Mobile is not an authorized dealer .I bought it at Carphone warehouse in the UK. Why is my manufacturets warranty not being honoured, ID mobile?

old number not transferred

 I received an sms message saying my request to port the number had been received and I would be informed of the switch in due course. This was 7 days ago and was given a date of 21/6/23 as porting completion. Old number not been transferred I have not heard anything from ID and old provider had discontinued my old number ad it states not recognised if dialled. Looking on chats it is a reoccurring issue but not much help in resolving issue. Any advice on getting old number back?

using my data in Europe

I have been in France, Italy and Switzerland for past 8 days and I have message saying..1. I've usdd my credit limit of £25, but I've made a payment to clear this...but it hasn't cleared.2. I'm being charged for data and received messages about out of bundles data usage. I have loads of data left on my account and bought more.3. I tried to send a text message but it fsiled. International roaming is on and I've switched phone off and on a couple of times.Please help.David

Live Chat not working..so how do we contact you?

Can’t contact you through Live Chat, phone, email. I don’t use FB or Twitter. The people in my local Currys can’t even log in to their systems to give me a new SIM card. Please can you get in touch and try to activate my SIM. I’m switching from EE but I’ll switch back if I can’t get my SIM working very quickly..Thank you

my old phone valued but no postage packet sent

I move from a sim only contract to a monthly contract and as part of this, I valued my one year old iPhone 13 Pro and wanted to go ahead with the deal.This was a few weeks ago buti haven't had any further update or packaging for the old phone.Could you advise, is there something that I should be doing?

Upgrade upfront cost

I'm available for an upgrade when looking at the plans there's a £30 upfront cost for the phone, however when I look as a new customer it's the same deal and no upfront cost surely being a loyal customer you should get a better deal and no upfront cost?

Move from ID Contract to ID rolling sim only

I have a 24 month contract, which I have paid the early fee to end, and asked for a PAC code. So the outstanding balance has been paid but I am still in the contract, it wont end until I activate the pac code.I want to move to an ID rolling monthly sim only deal, which I have signed up for.Now that sim, do I just register my ID pac code, with the new ID sime and transfer it, so to speak?

Transferring mobile number Issues

Received a text - Hi - good news! Your number has switched to iD Mobile, and your account with your previous provider has been disconnected. Please restart your phone before continuing. Having issues with your phone or service after switching? No worries - you may need to update your settings. Done all of the suggested fixes. However, under my messages, the id mobile number is still showing rather than the number I transferred.  Still can’t send text messages.

Refer a friend not working

My wife referred me but I can't enter my account number for the referal the page just ends up being the referal page. I see from previous that other people have had the same problem. Looks like a complete slam. I also can't complain cause the complaint addresse doesn't work and live chat URL​addresse​is also not working. Absolute nightmare I can't contact anyone

Incoming calls coming through on old phone

I just transferred from EE to ID mobile, gave my PAC number, new SIM is activated and yet when someone calls me it comes through on my old phone not my new one i got with the ID contract.Messages are okay and i can call people but when they call me i get nothing on my new phone. Does anyone have the answer? I tried the live chat and they basically couldn't help. Having to go on community forums to fix such a basic thing. i'm so dissapointed in ID Mobile.  Help is appreciated.

has pac code been processed?

I sent in a Pac code etc to change over my number over to IDMobiles on 21st so I could keep my original number from EE and was told it would only take 2-3 day to change over. It’s now the 26th and it still hasn’t changed. I’d like to know when it will change over or if it’s even going to change over.thanks

poor 4g download speeds

I am currently sitting in my office located in GU21 and getting 0.2mbs of download yet getting 2.2 upload speeds. Been with iD for a week and came from 3(yes I know, go figure - free EU roaming was the pull) but noticed with 3 the download speed has dropped in the last 2 weeks, why? Thanks Dan

Cancelling contract when SIM card did not appear

I ordered a SIM card 2 weeks ago and it has not arrived. Without the SIM I can’t create a user account etc. so your how to cancel FAQ is not particularly useful. How do I cancel my contract without a SIM card or the ability to create a user account?

Final demand notice

My daughter has just received a threatening final demand notice for £70.28 she pays by direct debit and the payments are all in order and up to date. Last 2 payments were for £35.14 and right up to date. Can someone help please?

ID contact number doesnt work

I need to pay my final bill and cancel my contract but every time I ring any ID contact number, it says that the number is no longer ‘in use’ and so I cannot pay and cancel. Why do none of the contact numbers work and I cannot use livechat ?

Port in from Three to ID mobile taking longer than 1 day

Hi there,Today (23/05/2023) was my planned port in day, keeping my old number from Three and transferring it to ID mobile. I provided my PAC and all my details in my submission form when I signed up to join ID mobile. I am starting to regret this decision. I received a disconnect message from Three at 11am this morning. My ID SIM number works but it is now 10:25pm and my number still hasn't ported yet as I've called a friend and the number is not my old number. I contacted live chat today and I've reset my network and followed their advice. They indicated for me to wait until after 7pm for the port in but nothing has happened yet. Can you please resolve this issue asap? I plan to restart my phone again tomorrow morning but I need my old number as it is linked to security access for other apps.  If there's been any changes in the meantime, I will update here.

imessage and facetime not working

Hi, my iMessages and FaceTime is not working after porting my number to ID Mobile last Monday.  I have contacted Apple and all of my phone setting have been checked and are correct. They informed me that ID mobile have not properly activated my account to allow for iMessages and FaceTime.  Please can you helpthanks

ID account still shows temporary number

Hi,I transferred a number from O2 to ID over a month ago. The transfer went through fine but my ID Account log in shows the temporary number I had, and I’m getting emails from ID daily about crediting my account due to the number port taking longer than usual.  anyone had this issue, or know the best way to show the correct number/stop the daily emails? thanks in advance
