how do you speak to a person at ID mobile?

I received a debt collection notice from LCS for an iD mobile account that has been cancelled - I am going back and forth with the debt collection agency and have tried customer complaints and the 0333 number but that’s fully automated.  The debt has just increased - its not a lot - but thats not the point.  If I can’t clear this up I will be in a continuous cycle.  App is no good because it sends a text to the iD mobile number for verification - AND MY SON DOESNT HAVE THAT NUMBER ANY MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jeeezz beyond frustrating and appalling lack of any form of customer service.

If debt collectors have been in contact, then iD Mobile have probably sold the debt to the debt collection agency.

You could try and PM iD support using Facebook Messenger or X, @Rebecca Tarran Watts

Hey there ​@sandrashaan, iD don't have a customer service phone-line as they are an online business, they have many ways that customers can get in contact with teams across all formats.

 

They are available from 8am-8pm through our socials on weekdays, and 9am-5:30pm on weekends, on both Facebook and Twitter, where you can pick up the conversation with then whenever you like.

 

They are also available through our live-chat, and the live-chat team are available 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
