I would like to leave ID mobile But when I click on the appropriate option I get this

When you say ‘I would like to leave ID mobile’ do you want to move to another network provider?
To leave iD Mobile…..
Simply log in, go to the 'My account' page, and on the 'Manage my plan' tile click 'End my plan'. Please be aware that we need at least 30 day’s notice before your contract ends*. You can keep using your SIM as a Pay As You Go SIM card, or cut it up once you’ve cancelled your plan.
*Please note: if you decide to leave before your minimum contract period, you may be charged an early cancellation fee.

I want to cancel my pay as you go sim which I got for my son. I didn't register this as I already have a pay monthly phone contract with ID mobile. I don't have the pay as you go sim anymore. I'm been cahrhe for something I longer use. This is causing me stress. Since is an online service, there's no email address to email for someone to cancel this pay as you go for me.

Due to this I will definitely not be using I'd mobile when my contract runs out as not worth this stress. Pls I just want to cancel my pay as you go plan. Mu son has not use this for at least 3 months and I'm still charged for it. Help me thanks

We don’t have an email address, however, we have many ways in which you can contact us, including here, via our live-chat, via our socials on Facebook and Twitter/X, as well as our complaints and vulnerable customers team, and all teams are more than happy to help when contacted.

 

In terms of registering/logging in, we’d always recommend registering your contract with us so you have an account in case you need to check/add allowances, or incase you need to cancel in the future. However, if you wish to cancel, we can of course help, and we can drop you a PM here if you’d like to help do so?
