We're aware of an issue impacting some customers using Apple devices on iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 or later, where they are unable to view their PDF bills in the iD Mobile app.
What should I do?
This has now been fixed, and any bills issued after March 6th, 2024, will appear correctly. If you would like to view an older bill on your iPhone, you can do so by opening the PDF bill using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app. Here’s how:
- Open the iD Mobile app.
- Tap ‘Bills’.
- Tap ‘View previous bills’.
- Tap the bill you’d like to view.
- Tap the share icon in the top left corner.
- Tap ‘Open in Acrobat’.
Your bill will now open in the Acrobat Reader.
