Why aren't PIN and PUK details accessible through My Account? It's quite inconvenient to wait until 9am the next day, especially when starting work earlier, if the live chat is closed during the evening and weekends. Many other networks provide this service, so is there a specific reason related to iD Mobile's security or systems that prevents iD Mobile from offering it?

I’ll feed back to the team that this is a feature wanted, however we don’t have any plans to add this feature.
