My monthly allowance was unlimited minutes and unlimited texts
Looking on the app today, when it stays up, this has been reduced to 500 minutes and 5000 texts
This is a reduction which I was notified about
Does NOT appear on the new contracts
Will I be getting a rate reduction for my reduced package?
If ID Mobile are happy to just change peoples contracts without notice. I might take my business elsewhere...

Hey there @fltpnd, we’re very sorry to hear this. There have been numerous bugs with the app at the moment, and customers seeing the wrong allowances if one of the bugs our teams are aware of, your contract allowances wouldn’t just be reduced by us.
