Cut off on upgardw

I’ve just upgraded my account and have requested an eSIM. However, I’ve now been cut off and have not data or phone signal and am still waiting for my new phone to arrive.

is this normal?

It sounds like a replacement SIM was sent out with your upgrade.

If you are still waiting you can request a new SIM. Please see the link below for further information.
