ive left id but you are still staing i owe money and showing im still active woth yiu


I left Id over two months ago on both SIM cards but now you are sending me messages saying that I still owe you money and it shows that my account is still active but I asked to leave ages ago

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@suzyc85   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hey there ​@suzyc85, sorry to hear that.

 

If you’re still being charged, this either means the account is still active, or your final bill is owed.

 

If you requested a 30-day disconnection, your contract would continue for those 30-days and remain billed. If you’ve not requested a disconnection but your contract has technically expired, it’d still carry on at the same cost on the same plan until you cancel it.

 

How did you ask to leave and who did you contact to do so please?
