On 9th May i switched from ID to Tesco mobile, wanting to keep my old phone number. Tesco say ID need to look at a porting issue as i cant make or receive calls or texts a week on! This needs to be fixed - by you ID asap! IT IS A PORTING ISSUE AND ID NEED TO FIX IT!! I need to be able to access my bank - which requires a text message, but obviously I cannot receive texts. SORT THIS ASAP! ID service is shocking. I warn others to SYAY CLEAR! They robbed my number, which I've had for the last 16 years.
