Hi, just got a new phone deal with an ID sim but I already have a monthly pay only SIM. I would like to keep my number but cancel the SIM only monthly payment please. How can I do this? Thanks

If you cancel the iD SIM only contract you’ll lose the number linked to the SIM,
You have to port the number to keep to another service provider, then port it back to the new iD contract you got for your new phone.

Get a PAC for the number you want keep, from iD, and use that to port to another provider,
