I have two mobiles registered to my account, one for me and one for my wife and we pay by two direct debits from a joint account. Can I change the registered  name  on her number to her name so she ends up with her own  account. ?

Not for any sinister reason than she can then  manage the account herself

Unfortunately we cannot change the registered account holder from one person to another, sorry.

So it would appear that my only solution is to cancel one of the phones on ID and move to another Netwrok provider.  Which I have now done. In my day we would call this the “Sales Prevention Department”
