We are in Fuerteventura and are having terrible problems with phone calls.
We are both on ID Mobile and both have iPhone 13s - but are having difficulty making and receiving calls to ourselves and others, on odd occasions it’s perfect but most of the time nothing - even when we have a signal showing?
Earlier I had a message saying ‘the number you have dialled cannot accept this call - it was my partners number and Simon the same network so why?
if it’s of any relevance the network we are automated to is YOIGIO.
