extremely poor network coverage getting worse

The worst phone network that i have bought,  no data signal inside buildings , very poor outside, purchased this contract on the strength of the area coverage ,being reasonable,  I  cannot wait until the  contract ends . Won't be renewed , not getting what i am paying for. And today to insult even more, text about monthly bill rise. Also with writing this, have wasted my time, the amount of complaints i've seen and nothing is done.

What are the full postcodes you’re having issues in and what phone do you have please?

 

How long have you had issues?

 

Does it affect calls, texts and data?

Area is dh4 , phone is a samsung s24 , Also its not the phone or sim card . In sr8 area where my partner lives , i can pick up 5g from the mast that is local, When did it start ? from day one of contract. 10 months ago . Have persevered with it hoping it would get better, sadly not.

Yes it effect's calls , data and texts.

For the best/only signal here, please manually switch to 4G for the best signal:

4G HA HA  as mentioned, when in a building i get nothing

At home takes about minute or so to load google homepage  When at my work place dh44ar nothing will load

Whatsapp video calls  are a joke , breaks up freezes ,when out and about in my area
