It is the Motorola Edge 40 - I am worried the new phone maybe faultly, Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi @scott1946,

Just checking if disabling Wi-Fi calling helped?

If no improvement has been made we can look at providing a replacement SIM card.

You can collect a SIM via your local Curry’s store and activate it via the iD Mobile app.

You say that the phone was an upgrade, so you haven’t recently ported a number in to iD Mobile correct?

Assuming it’s not a split port, check out the following settings:

Thanks for the link, but the incoming calls are hit and miss, sometimes the phone rings other times it does not.

Hi @scott1946

Is it consistently the same numbers or is it completely random when it happens?

Was this an upgrade or a new contract with iD Mobile?

Hi,

These are just random numbers and this is an upgrade from an existing contract, maybe it could be the sim???

Do you have WiFi calling enabled? If so, disable it.
