no swap

Hi, i have recently had some problems as i bought my mum a new contract and didnt upgrade her original one so have had to do the third party swap to try and keep her number as she runs a buisness from it. 

 

Her number has now been swapped over to a gif gaf sim. Had no issues with this, it has been swapped a few days so yesterday i requested a pac. Again, no issues. 

 

Now i am trying to swap the number from giffgaf to the id mobile contract it isnt letting me. Keeps saying that there is an issues with the information or that if i did it when i purchased the sim the transfer will be underway - but i didnt do this. I have checked all the info and it is correct. What do i do now?

We are sorry to hear you are having issues porting the number back over. 

Some things to check would be;

 

  • You have using the correct page to request the port. It would need to be done here 
  • The last name correctly matches the account for GiffGaf
  • Your transaction number is correct for the iD Mobile account. This usually begins with the number 4.

 

Can you please check and confirm this is all correct?
