Ordered phone on monthly plan through mobile.co.uk. Received phone but as of yet no sim card

Hi, Not received my sim card from you as of yet.

Ordered phone on pay monthly plan on 25th of January 25. through mobile.co.uk

Receive the phone on 31st of January but no sim card has arrived so not able to use phone or register. Already had email on first payment on monthly plan but not able to use phone.

Please advise how i can progress issue of no sim. Otherwise I will be paying for unusable phone

    We are sorry to hear you have not received your SIM. 

    Can you please confirm if you ordered a physical SIM or eSIM?

    If eSIM, can you please check your email inbox as well as spam/junk?
