Please could someone advise what the ‘Something went wrong’ error means when trying to input PAC code.

 

I am using a transaction code starting with 4 and the PAC code provided by my previous supplier.

When you get your SIM, create an online account using the temporary number iD Mobile gave you. You can then submit a request to port your old number over using your online account. No transaction number is required and that error you have rarely (if at all) occurs. Your number will port over the next working day.
