My phone was stolen and I’m having trouble getting into my account to activate my SIM.
I need to verify my login by typing in a text sent to my phone number (!) which is incredibly frustrating. No option of answering security questions instead.
After a few days without a phone I’ve finally got a handset and a new SIM, but I work full time so it’s taken a while, and there’s no customer service by the time I get home and have the time to try and sort it out. I just need help activating my SIM!
