I’ve just joined from O2, however I haven’t recieved my new SIM card and I am unable to log into my account

You won’t have an online account if you haven’t received your SIM card. Why? Because you cannot register for an account without one. 
 

when did you place your order?

Telephone the iD Mobile sales team on 020 7139 1397 and ask them for an update on the order. You need to know if the order was successful before proceeding.
