Switched over to ID mobile

Hiya, 

Please accept my apologies if this has already been asked. 

I have switched over to ID Mobile from EE. I have had a text from ID to say that my number has switched over to iD Mobile and my account with my previous provider has been disconnected. This is great and i’m receiving text messages to my old number on my new phone. I have restarted both phones multiple times but i’m still not able to receive calls to my new phone - they’re still going to my old phone.
