Hi, every time I turn on my phone (Google pixel) it tells me I have voicemail  (notification icon is displayed). when I then go to voicemail there are no new messages. the notification appears every time my phone is turned on or restarted. this has happened for 2 years on my old phone (still ID mobile) and after recently getting a new phone it's still happening. any ideas how to solve this?

Have you tried a replacement SIM card? The THREE network and their MVNO’s don’t actually notify their customers by use of an icon.

Hi @Rob Taylor,

Welcome to the Community!

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

Try calling your phone from another number, then leaving a message? Once you fully listen to the message, then delete it, the icon should disappear.

Hi @Kash ,

Are network settings a phone setting? I've had this issue on 2 different phones now so don't think it can be a phone setting, more something related to my account.
