How do I delete my iD online account?

If you no longer wish to manage your plan online, you can delete your account access via the app or website. Here is how to do it.

 

Deleting your iD online account.

 

To delete your online login, log in to the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk and follow these steps:

  1. Tap More.
  2. Select Delete my iD account.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

 

Please note: This action only deletes your online login access. It does not cancel your iD Mobile plan or stop your monthly bills. If you wish to cancel your contract, please go to Plan > Leave iD.
