I have a add on that I placed wen on holiday but how to remove it.  Please help

    I'm sorry, but once an add-on has been purchased, it can't be removed or refunded.

     

    This is because add-ons are activated immediately when they're purchased, making them non-refundable.

     

    If you've purchased a roaming add-on while on holiday, it will remain active until it expires or the allowance has been used, depending on the type of add-on purchased.

     

    I appreciate this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but I hope it helps clarify things.
