Add on still has 1.5 gb data but says it expires tomorrow?

I paid extra £10 for data but have been sent a message to say the data will expire tmw ( unused then). My monthly renewal is in 6 days time . Have I got to buy another load? It's very annoying , I'm adding this on for teen, our usual bill was £33, now up to £52 with pesky add ons

I understand how frustrating it is when data runs out before your monthly renewal.

Since your monthly allowance renews in 6 days, you don’t need to buy another data add‑on now—your full monthly data will refresh on your renewal date.
