I have 2 lines on my account and have added an add on to the wrong number. Can this be changed

We’re sorry to hear that the Roaming add-on has been applied to the wrong number on your account.

 

Unfortunately, once an add-on has been purchased and applied to a line, it cannot be transferred to another number on the account. In addition, in line with our Terms and Conditions, add-ons are non-refundable once they have been successfully applied.

 

We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
