I have added 3gb of data to my account as I ran out but it is not working

I’m sorry to hear your data add-on isn’t working I know that’s frustrating when you need it.

 

A quick thing to try first is restarting your phone, as this can help refresh your connection and activate the add-on.

 

If that doesn’t work, please let me know:

 

Are you seeing any data connection at all?
Have you received confirmation that the 3GB add-on was successfully added?

 

Once I have that info, I can take a closer look at your account and get this sorted for you.
