New contract included 3 months free trial Apple Music. Only given 2 months Apple gaming and news - no use to me. How do I get the music allowance?

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Your new contract includes a 3-month free trial of Apple Music. The 2-month Apple Arcade and Apple News trials are optional, and you don’t need to use them.
How to activate your Apple Music allowance:
You should receive an activation link by text or via your account app/portal.
Open the link on your phone and sign in with your Apple ID.
Follow the prompts to activate the 3-month Apple Music trial.
Once completed, your allowance will start straight away.
