brought roaming for turkey

I have brought roaming for turkey for my holiday on the 5th october I preparation but didnt realise its starts now. Can you please refund or start it from the 5th october pls

I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the start date of your roaming add-on.

Unfortunately, Roam Beyond add-ons activate immediately when purchased and cannot be scheduled to start on a future date. Once purchased, there is no option to cancel, reverse, refund or change the add-on.

For future reference, we recommend purchasing the add-on on the day you travel, before leaving the UK, or once you arrive at your destination while connected to Wi-Fi.
