call abroar add-ons

I bought add-ons to call abroad exactly to Russia and Ukraine but it's not working.

Before add-ons I called to that countries fine.

What's happened?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble making international calls.

 

If you're calling Russia or Ukraine from the UK, you'll need to have an International Calling add-on. Roaming add-ons only cover usage while you're abroad and won't allow you to make international calls from the UK.

 

If you've already purchased the International Calling add-on and it's still not working, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can check that it has been applied correctly to your account.

Yes, I bought international calls add-ons. I tried to call to +49 and it was successful. When I tried to call +7 or +380 nothing happened. Just silent. No errors. I had a chat with customer support and they are suggested reset network settings. I did but didn't help. Could you help me?

We're sorry to hear you're still having trouble.

 

As you've confirmed that calls to +49 are working, this suggests your International Calling add-on is active. If calls to +7 and +380 are silent with no error message, we'd recommend checking the following:

  • Make sure the numbers are being dialled in the correct international format (for example, +7 or +380, followed by the number without any leading 0).
  • Try making the calls with Wi-Fi Calling turned off, if it's enabled.
  • Try the SIM in another unlocked handset, if possible, to rule out a device-related issue.

 

If you've already tried these steps and the issue remains, we'll need our technical team to investigate further. Please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat again and let them know that you've already completed the network reset and that calls to other international destinations are working. They can then carry out further checks and, if necessary, raise a technical investigation.
