can i buy more data as an addon

Can I buy more data as an addon? I am almost out for the month and only a couple of weeks into my plan.

I have pay as you go and cannot find any add on options in the app.

    Hi ​@AstromanNZ,

     

    Yes, you can purchase a data add-on if you're running low on data before your allowance refreshes.

     

    To do this in the iD Mobile app:

    1. Open the iD Mobile app.
    2. From the dashboard, tap My Services.
    3. Select Add-ons.
    4. Choose the data add-on you'd like to purchase.
    5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the purchase.

     

    If you don't see the option in the app, you can also purchase an add-on by logging into My Account on our website or by contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat.
