I rang to get a watch esim now I'm being told I signed up to take out an upgrade and a new phone won't let me cancel not able to contact anyone what a scamming company

    I’m sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration this has caused, especially when you were originally looking for support with a watch eSIM.

     

    If the upgrade/order was placed through Mobiles.co.uk, any cancellation or return would need to be handled by their Customer Service Team, as they are the point of sale. Their contact page specifically covers exchanges and returns.
