Hi All,

I am receiving emails from ID mobile to say take a second contract but on applying for second pay monthly contract, for phone and sim it was denied .
My credit score is good though, I've checked. It does say apply after 60 days of first contract so maybe but as ID mobile is best price by far, does anyone know any other route to second contract accepted? I've been paying O2 inflated prices far too long .

If you’ve been denied a second contract with iD Mobile you have two options: try again within 60 days or apply for a contract with a different network.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with iD Mobile or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. Did my comment help answer your question? If so, don't forget to mark the response as the Most Helpful Answer.

    Hi @Happinessmattersmuch ,

Thank you for your message. If your application for a second contract with iD Mobile has been declined, the options available are:

Wait and reapply after the 60-day period from your first contract, as the system restricts multiple contracts within that timeframe.

Consider applying with a different network if you need a second contract sooner.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to bypass the 60-day rule for a second contract with iD Mobile.
