Hello how do I get an esim

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. Please login into your iD Mobile App to request for an eSim using the following steps:

     

    Step 1. Tap "Plan"
    Step 2. Scroll down
    Step 3. Tap "Sim & phone management"
    Step 4. Tap "Request a replacement SIM or eSIM"
    Step 5. Tap "Get a replacement eSIM"
    Step 6. Double check your Billing email address. Tap "Continue"
    Step 7. Tap "Yes, I want a new eSIM"
    Step 8. Complete! Tap "Done".
