My main screen does not show add Ons to purchase

If you’re not seeing the option to purchase Add-ons on your main screen, it’s usually down to where you’re navigating in the app or a temporary display issue.

 

Please try the following steps:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in
  2. Go to Account or Plan
  3. Select your active plan
  4. Scroll down and look for “Add-ons” or “Manage Add-ons”
  5. From there, you should be able to view and purchase available Add-ons

If you’re using the website instead:

  • Log in at my.idmobile.co.uk
  • Go to My Account > Plan > Add-ons

If the option still isn’t showing, please try:

  • Logging out and back into the app
  • Updating the app to the latest version
  • Restarting your handset

If it still doesn’t appear after that, please contact us via Live Chat or direct message so we can check your account and ensure Add-ons are enabled correctly.
