How do I find status and charges for my top up?

Hi I have purchased a 5 day top up for US and it seems to be working but want to make sure I switch off roaming before the top up ends. Can you please provide instructions on where in the app I find remaining time on the top up and any charges I have incurred?

You can usually check any active roaming add-ons, remaining allowances, and any out-of-plan charges directly within the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

  • Open the iD Mobile app
  • Go to ‘My Services’ or ‘Add-ons’
  • Select the active roaming add-on
  • This should show the remaining duration or expiry information where available

 

To check for any additional charges incurred:

  • Open the app
  • Go to ‘Bills’
  • Select ‘Current Usage’ or ‘Out of Plan Charges’

 

If you would like to avoid any unexpected charges once the add-on expires, we’d strongly recommend:

  • Turning ‘Data Roaming OFF’ before the add-on end date/time
  • Setting your ‘bill cap to £0.00’

 

You can amend your bill cap in the iD Mobile app under:

  • ‘My Services’
  • ‘Manage Bill Cap’

 

iPhone

  • Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Data Roaming OFF

Android

  • Settings > Connections/Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Data Roaming OFF

 

Setting the bill cap to £0.00 will help prevent any additional out-of-plan roaming charges from being applied once the add-on expires.
