How do you cancel an add-on ??

Hi, does anyone know how to cancel an add-on? My child accidentally purchased it and I don't need it.

    Add-ons can’t usually be cancelled once they’ve been purchased, as they apply immediately to the account. However, it’s still worth getting in touch with us so we can review this for you, especially as it was bought accidentally by a child.
