How do I add another number into my account and what offers are available

Hi ​@Dharsh,

 

You can definitely add another number/plan to your existing iD Mobile account. Here’s how to do it:

 

To add an existing plan to your account:

  1. On the Home screen, tap “View your plans” (top right).
  2. Tap “Add new plan”.
  3. Enter the mobile number you want to add (must start with 07 and be 11 digits long).
  4. Enter the last name and date of birth of the account holder.
  5. Tap Next.
  6. You’ll receive an SMS with an 8-digit one time passcode on the number you're adding.
  7. Enter the code to complete the link.

 

To place a new order / new plan:

  1. Visit the iD Mobile website or use your account and choose SIM only deals or handset + plan deals.
  2. Select the plan you want and follow the checkout steps.
  3. Once complete, you’ll receive an order reference number and setup details.

 

Available offers:
Offers can vary depending on your eligibility and whether you’re upgrading or adding a new line. The best way to see what’s available is through the “View all upgrade deals” section in your account or via our website.
