How do I cancel an add on

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

Unfortunately, once an add-on has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as add-ons are applied to the account immediately upon purchase.

 

We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re very sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.

 

You will still be able to continue using the add-on allowance until it has been fully used or until it expires in line with the add-on terms.
