I'm in Turkey and my roaming plan is not working, l bought a add ONS for Turkey yesterday 31.05.2026 for 35£ .. 20gb for 10 days ... l in Turkey and nothing works , l been try to do everything what l can . That is so annoying why you guys still offering that to your customers because like l.can see now on forum not only l have that problem ... Now l use WiFi from hotel to have contacts with anybody.. of course I have to pay for that ... Can l get refund or link where l can get refund ?
