I recently took out a second plan but cant add on the app everytome i do it days something went wrong been trying for 3 days bow

How do I add a second plan on the app it keeps saying something went wrong when I try

Thank you for your message, and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble adding your second plan.

Could you please try the following steps to add your second account?

Add a Second Account

Log in to the account you're already registered with.
From the Home screen, select View Plans in the top-right corner.
Select Add Subscription.
Enter the details associated with your second account and follow the on-screen prompts.

If you're still unable to add the second plan after following these steps, please let us know what happens or if you receive any error messages, and we'll be happy to investigate further.
