Dear Team, I payed for roaming in Peru for 10 days but not travelling until another two weeks - purchased the add on by mistake and it will expire in 🙂‍↕️ in 10 days. 
 

can you cancel it for me please r?

    I’m sorry to hear about your experience.

    Kindly be advised that once an add-on has been purchased, it is activated immediately on the account and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been used or applied.

    I do understand this may be frustrating, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
