Mexico Addon isn't active

This is the second time I've been in Mexico and purchased a 5 day addon and it hasn't worked! What is the issue?

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry you’re having trouble with your Mexico roaming add-on again. I understand how frustrating that must be, especially as it’s happened before.

 

Please try the following steps:
Restart your phone completely (turn off for 5–10 minutes, then back on)
Make sure Data Roaming is switched ON in your settings
Set Network Selection to Automatic, or manually try a local Mexican network
Toggle Airplane Mode ON and OFF to refresh the connection
Check you have selected the correct roaming add-on in the iD Mobile app
If using eSIM, ensure it is active for mobile data

Telcel
AT&T Mexico
Movistar
