Missing updates on Trade In and no payment

Hope the title explains, I sent off my phone for Trade In on the 27th of April, tracked with Royal Mail. They say it was delivered 28th of April. No communications what so ever. Appalled.

    How long did it take in the end to get your payment.

    I sent my nearly 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Keep getting fobbed off saying it's in a queue to process

    If you've sent your trade-in device and haven't received any confirmation, quote, or update, you'll need to contact Currys, as our trade-in service is provided by our sister company.

     

    For any queries regarding your trade-in, please contact: TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk

     

    They'll be able to check:

    • Whether the device has been received.
    • The status of the assessment.
    • Any valuation or payment updates.
