Thank you for reaching out. Please note you are able to send mms if you increase you CAP limit and whatever you are charged for MMS will be added to your bill.
- To increase your CAP limit on the iD Mobile app, log in, go to the "Bills" section, select "Manage bill cap," adjust the slider to your desired amount, and save the changes

Many thanks. Did exactly that, increased to £6 but still unable to send what I wanted which is actually a link to an ecard (Jacquie Lawson Greetings). Could it be that the recipient does not have a smart phone? or am I doing something wrong?
