not computer lierate hrlp with boicr mail

I am not computer litrate I have a new phone I nave had so many problems switching over from 02 to ID they should have checked this in currys.I am not inpressed with id with older people .I had a messge came on my message left a voicemail dont know if a scam447782333123 I tried to listen but it said not setup for vocise mail I am 81 not used to this .I am sick at the moment with my symmertric scierous and raynards disease and cannot ho out.I dont know if a hospital numbet this morning. How to set up voice mail in meeages?

    To set up your voicemail, please follow these simple steps:

    Open the Phone app on your mobile.

    Dial 123.

    Follow the instructions you hear to set up your voicemail greeting and PIN.

     

    Once this is set up, you’ll be able to listen to any voicemail messages left for you.
