Do Id offer phone insurance?

    Hi ​@Gixersan75066,

     

    Just to clarify, iD Mobile does not offer phone insurance as part of their plans. This means insurance isn’t included on SIM-only or handset contracts as standard.

     

    If you want protection for your phone (for things like loss, theft or accidental damage), you would need to arrange this separately through a third-party insurance provider.

     

    As iD Mobile is part of Currys, you may also wish to check directly with Currys to see if they can offer any insurance options or advice when purchasing a device through them.
